  • We are seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to join our Product Development team, with a strong functional foundationin supply chain software (Planning/Execution) and deep knowledge of the relevant industry (Retail/Manufacturing)

Scope:

  • Strong domain knowledge in multiple JDA Product solutions to understand how the JDA solutions can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes
  • Core responsibilities include architecting, designing and developing solution suite offerings for our customers in the Manufacturing and/or Retail Industry segment, with a focus on business processes, ease of customer onboarding and operational cost.
  • This role is part of the end-to-end solution engineering team within the Product Development organization. The team is currently comprised of global associates acrossNA, India (COE) and EMEA and is expected to grow rapidly.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the implementation of our newly launched products and solutions at first customers in cooperation with PMG and field teams
  • Contribute to the functional design of standardized business use cases utilizing the latest capabilities released by the larger BY Product Development organization
  • Develop and execute functional tests to ensure BY software consistently meets the customer's business objectives
  • Create templates and artifacts towards reusability and automation decreasing implementation lifecycle, reducing errors post go-live and efficient support operations
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences
  • Support the full end-to-end lifecycle from go-to-market activities, sales cycles, customer onboardings to solution operations
  • Actively and responsively collaborate with the field teams and customers to drive adoption of our new products and services
  • Communicate and/or support the business cases to PMG and PD regarding specific trends for future product functionality and enhancements
  • Contribute to documentation and conduct internal training and support larger team enablement
  • Provide development teams with details on the business and domain aspects related to solution suite development
  • Stay current with industry trends and analyze how those trends can be applied to the solution offerings
  • Identifies and mentors next level architects for succession planning within the solution suite domain

What we are looking for:

  • At least 8+ years of hands-on experience working with supply chain solutions and can lead a design solution team facing the customer in the US.
  • 8+ years domain experience in the supply chain planning industry with customer facing expertise as SME in JDA products.
  • Strong domain knowledge in multiple JDA Product solutions to understand how the JDA solutions can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer
  • business processes (Demand, Supply Chain Planning/Enterprise Supply Planning, Fulfillment, S&OP, IO) can be configured to facilitate business processes.
  • Demonstrable functional knowledge of native SaaS products and understanding of key concepts like DevOps, CI/CD
  • Understanding of relevant supply chain data, correlation with supply chain processes and supply chain software solutions
  • Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical & machine learning algorithms, SCM concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required.
  • Relevant industry certification from APICS will be a plus.
  • Ability to drive discussions on both functional processes and technical with stakeholders on all levels.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive business network. Internally and externally.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, effectively and proactively.
  • Passionate about working with new technologies and products and have demonstrated the ability to learn quickly, have good interpersonal & communication skills - verbal & written.
  • Is a thought leader in their Product Solution area of focus and is able to apply that knowledge to customer situations.
  • Ready to travel to customer sites based on business needs, and flexible to work with overlapping time zones.

The salary range for this position is $147,075 - $187,625

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
