To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Administrative Assistant opportunity, you will have:
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the administrative field
  • Computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate in a Windows environment and strong skills in Excel; experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus
  • The ability and willingness to learn new skills, technologies and processes
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to achieve goals independently
