Sr. Analyst Customer Service

Job Description:
In this role, you will ensure that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner, and that our customer service standards are met every day. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong professional background in customer service, aerospace and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and must be able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ability to manage multiple customer accounts and to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently is essential. We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction. If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the drive to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize support processes and methodologies
  • Assess customer needs
  • Provide resolution in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Work independently and in a team environment
  • Develop creative solutions to customer problems
  • Maintain customer service principles and practices
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer service issues
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain a high level of organization and detail-oriented approach
  • Take initiative and ownership of customer issues
  • Manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
Job Requirements:
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Strong Attention to detail, accuracy with data entry, and an aptitude for organization
  • Strong communication skills
  • Prior experience working in materials or customer service role
  • Some Knowledge of ITAR shipping compliance.
  • Some Knowledge of FAA/EASA requirements.
  • Some knowledge of HazMat and Dangerous Goods shipping requirements.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize completion of tasks
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Shows initiative and is driven to succeed.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office 365 products (Word, OneNote, Teams, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
  • Must have Aerospace experience
  • US Citizen candidates only
Education Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
