In this role, you will ensure that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner, and that our customer service standards are met every day. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong professional background in customer service, aerospace and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and must be able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ability to manage multiple customer accounts and to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently is essential. We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction. If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the drive to exceed customer expectations.

- Maintain customer service principles and practices
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer service issues
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues

- Manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP Strong Attention to detail, accuracy with data entry, and an aptitude for organization
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience working in materials or customer service role
- Some Knowledge of ITAR shipping compliance.
- Some Knowledge of FAA/EASA requirements.
- Some knowledge of HazMat and Dangerous Goods shipping requirements.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize completion of tasks
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Shows initiative and is driven to succeed.
- Highly proficient in MS Office 365 products (Word, OneNote, Teams, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
- Must have Aerospace experience
- US Citizen candidates only
- High School Diploma or GED
