Make an Impact

The Fossil Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) department is currently searching for a Senior Analyst to join our DTC FP&A team based in Richardson, TX. The DTC FP&A team supports Global Stores and eCommerce. Core responsibilities will include forecasting and reporting on revenue, gross profit, and operating expenses. The FP&A Senior Analyst will be a key member of the team, reporting to the Director of DTC FP&A.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Budget and Reforecast cycle
  • P&L Analysis with Channel Leaders
  • Providing business owners with reporting and analysis to drive accountability and action
  • Financial statement analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement), KPI reporting, operational reporting, analysis of key business trends, including comprehensive variance explanations
  • Create timely, accurate, and standardized global reporting that is easy to replicate and maintain across regions, brands, and channels.
  • Support senior management with ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis

Your Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • 3-5 years of FP&A business experience, with experience in DTC business a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize time-sensitive projects
  • Maintain strong analytical skills and produce insights from large amounts of data
  • Develop process improvements and share expertise with others
  • Self-motivated and strives to continuously improve profitability
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization (oral, written, and numerical)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle Hyperion, and Tableau applications highly recommended
