Manager, Quality Assurance

Insight is seeking a highly motivated Manager, Quality Assurance to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with teammates across the organization to ensure processes are designed for the most efficient and effective operation. You will lead and partner to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities for optimal quality and continuous improvement. You will plan, implement, assure, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet objectives maintaining all associated certification and regulatory approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and partner with teammates to plan, manage, sustain, and continuously improve QMS, processes, and associated controls.
• Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 Requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to report performance of the QMS to Insight management for review and as a basis for improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate, plan, host, and lead Customer and Certification Body internal and external audits and assessments to ensure successful outcomes and resolve issues raised through the audit process.
• Ability to manage Standard Operating Procedure and Work Instruction (SOP/WI) Document and Data Control to ensure continuing suitability and effectiveness in satisfying the requirements of the ISO 9001 Standards.
• Experience in corrective and preventive action programs to ensure the continued improvements required by ISO 9001 Standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Quality Management, or equivalent
• Eight years of experience in Quality Assurance Management and/or Operations Management in a Technology related field
• Working knowledge of Intellect is preferred; ISO Certification a plus
