Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Bothell, WA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Performs various electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, or optical duties.
  • Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
  • Works from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions.
  • Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
  • Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
  • Exclude technicians working in production or quality assurance.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $35/hr.

Hours: 4/10-1st Shift.

Length: Temp (6 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with wire harness build and routing.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in electronics or optics.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience running, testing, and measuring lasers or complex optical systems.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience handling fiber, fiber splicing equipment, and fiber polishing equipment.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in testing analog, power electronics, RF, and digital circuits.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Testing and Development, Cable Harness, and Electronic Testing.
  • MUST HAVE IPC solder certification.

Preferred Skills:
  • Mechanical assembly history and familiarity with building and testing electrical systems and circuit boards.
  • Ability to prototype, test, and debug electronics.
  • Knowledge of IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD and IPC-WHMA-A-620.
