You direct and manage the shop floor activities of the manufacturing plant to meet/exceed project requirements, while maintaining the highest quality output.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Your top priority is to provide leadership and oversight to manufacturing staff

• Hold employees accountable for performance against all project metrics
• Maintain the manufacturing facility at required levels in terms of 5S, production flow and maintenance
• Ensure all shop employees wear proper PPE and clothing before working to safeguard against production hazards

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of managerial experience required
