Job Description
The Senior Director Commercial Excellence is accountable for the end-to-end commercial process along the customer journey: from account management to skill enhancements and commercial enablers. S/he is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, processes, and tools to improve sales effectiveness, drive revenue growth, and maximize profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, key account management, revenue growth strategy development, and cross-functional leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving commercial excellence initiatives.
