The Mentor Recruitment & Retention Specialist is responsible for recruitment, screening, training, matching and supporting Mentors and Mentees relationships. The Mentor Recruitment & Retention Specialist will facilitate recruitment campaigns and process potential Volunteer Mentors. The Mentor Recruitment and Retention Specialist facilitates individual and group mentoring
